Caroline holds a bachelor's degree in Mass Communications and Business Management. In addition, she is a licensed esthetician holding certifications in hair removal, brow shaping artistry, non traumatic chemical peels, anti-aging treatments, advance exfoliation technique including ultrasonic-peels, enzymes and microdermabrasion, custom spray-tanning, body contouring, and special occasion makeup applications.
Caroline has an extreme passion for the ever-evolving beauty industry, thus she maintains an active presence in all of the continuing education programs and forums related to skin care and style to ensure her clients are receiving optimum treatment utilizing the most recent products the industry has to offer.
In short, Caroline is an "all things beauty junkie" who works tediously to master all services offered.
Her expertise generates a confidence from her clients they can depend on from services received to knowledge learned that maximizes transformative skin care health and appearance.
Lastly, Caroline promotes safety and sanitation as first and foremost in every service offered and every product brand used. She has a strong conviction towards not only beautifying her clients, but ensuring non-harmful products are used and that a "green" atmosphere and environment is in place for every client, during each visit, and within all applications. Her clients can be confident that their health is in no way compromised to achieve just an outward appearance, instead Caroline focuses on the overall health of the skin utilizing an inward to outward approach that treats the depths of the skin that in turns beautifies the skin seen to the world.
Layne-Ashley Harder
styling specialist / Cosmetologist
Layne-Ashley Harder Graduated from Kenneth Schuler school of cosmetology in March of 2021. While in cosmetology school she was honored to be the first student at the Rock Hill location to receive the prestigious Golden Apron. To obtain this honor Layne-Ashley had to be diligent in client services, receive google reviews, have high product sales, and offer service upgrades.
After graduating and becoming a licensed cosmetologist Layne-Ashley started attending Winthrop University studying for a BA in Musical Theater and a minor in Business Entrepreneurship.
Layne-Ashley has been able to take her skills in theater, dance, and pageantry to enhance her clients hair for special events. Layne-Ashley is very grateful to work with Caroline, and the team at Blow Out! Beauty and Dry Bar. They have been with her every step of the way during her cosmetology journey. The team has given her amazing training from when she was still a student to now perfecting her skills as a stylist.
Layne-Ashley specializes in Updo styles (from wedding hair, pageant hair, concert styles, and any special event hair she’s got your back), signature blow outs, color services, and toning techniques. With guidance from the amazing mentors Layne-Ashley is sure to give every client the best experience.

Jasmine Jones
Styling Specialist / Cosmetologist
Jasmine has been a licensed Cosmetologist since 2013. Jasmine recently moved to the area from Charleston, South Carolina where she specialized in weddings and special event hair and makeup styling for the past 6 1/2 years. Jasmine decided at a very young age to obtain a career in the beauty feels as it’s not only about doing what she loves but it's about making other look and feel great about themselves.
While Jasmine attended schooling at Paul Mitchell she was lucky enough to assist backstage during charleston's fashion week where she fell in love with fast paced styling and knew right in that moment that special events hair and makeup was her home!
Turing a client around and letting them see the final product is her favorite part of the service. She believes that when you look good you feel good! Come see Jasmine anytime!
Courtney Ayers
Color & Styling Specialist, Cosmetologist
Courtney was on the path towards a career in nursing, when she decided to pursue her true calling: beauty. Courtney attended and graduated Cosmetology School from Kenneth Shuler in 2021. Courtney has always had a passion for the beauty industry, and enjoys helping others feel confident & beautiful.
Courtney specializes in color, updos, and blow outs. She is well trained in & loves all things Redken. She loves educating her clients on how to maintain their hair at home with the right products.

Selina Laster
Color & Styling Specialist, Cosmetologist
Selina found her spark in the beauty industry while working as an assistant in her aunt's salon during the summer as a teenager. Selina knew she wanted to attend Cosmetology school upon graduating high school in 2020. During the pandemic Selina learned how to cut & color hair, perform facial waxing, along with special occasion hair and makeup. It was during this time that Selina started her own YouTube channel teaching others how to do their own makeup with affordable products.
Selina graduated from Kenneth Shuler School of Cosmology in 2022, specializing in curly hair cuts & blow outs, hair color, body waxing, facials, skincare and makeup.
